Angela Davis
Fourth Grade ELA Teacher
Angela Davis has more than 15 years of experience in education, with experience at Union Public Schools and Hominy Public Schools. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Northeastern State University.
What she enjoys most about teaching is seeing those special “ah-ha” moments when a concept finally clicks for a student. Mrs. Davis wants her students to know that they are wonderfully made and that she always wants what is best for them. She enjoys making learning fun, whether introducing a new concept or reviewing something students have already learned.
Mrs. Davis brings creativity and enthusiasm to her classroom while encouraging students to enjoy the learning process. She strives to create an environment where students feel valued, supported, and excited to learn.
Outside of school, Mrs. Davis is very involved with her church in Skiatook and enjoys quilting, which gives her an opportunity to be creative. She also shows Papillons in conformation dog shows—think Westminster! Mrs. Davis especially appreciates the family atmosphere that comes with being part of a small-town community. She enjoys the peace and quiet of her small farm in the country, where she lives with her husband.
