Kendall Ballinger
Pre-Kindergarten Teacher
Kendall Ballinger has been part of education for 19 years, including the past four years at Sperry Public Schools. She earned her Early Childhood Education degree from Northeastern State University and began her career with Tulsa Public Schools.
What she enjoys most about teaching is watching her students grow throughout the school year. Mrs. Ballinger wants her students to know that her classroom is a safe space where they are loved and supported. She hopes her students leave her classroom with the confidence to know that they can do hard things and that school can be an enjoyable experience.
Mrs. Ballinger believes her classroom is built on kindness and mutual respect. She strives to create an environment where students feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow.
Outside of school, she enjoys Pilates and spending time with her pets. Her favorite thing about Sperry is the small-town atmosphere and the close-knit feel of the community. One unique fact about Mrs. Ballinger is that she learned to read Braille while working as a paraprofessional.
